Functional Principle Step :
- Feeding: Solution is feed in feed tank
- Heating: Solution is heated in Pre-heater
- Expansion: Solution falling down in tubes in film form in order to increase heat exchange area
- Evaporation: Evaporator heats to evaporate solution into vapor state
- Separation: Vapor is vacuumed to Condenser , Solution is circulated to Feed tank
- Condensing: Vapor is condensed in Condenser, create vacuum pressure in system
Supply:
- Heating source to Pre-heater and Evaporator : steam, hot water, heater
- Cooling water to Condenser: cooling tower, chiller
- Electricity to pump, vacuum pump
