If an entrepreneur wants fresh food in the form of dry powder in order to prolong its shelf life, they need to import the equipment from abroad which is very expensive. Many people do not know that Thailand is able to produce food processing machinery with prices which are 5-10 times cheaper since several years ago. It has been made possible by the capabilities of talented engineers from Chulalongkorn University who have an experience in manufacturing for more than 30 years. Mr.Teerasak Triamchaisri, president of the company’s founder talked about the history of the factory:
“Originally, Thailand is a foundation of the agricultural sector. Unfortunately farmers in Thailand has often been adversed. Any year that the produce is less, they get low income but if the produce is high, the prices will be low. When we see a problem, we try to find a solution. The answer is that farmers have to produce processed food to increase the duration of storage and it will also add value to the product as well. The next problem is the lack of sufficient and inexpensive machines in country, so we try to use the knowledge and experience to innovate and create the appropriate processing machinery for farmers in Thailand. We are proud that our machine is a part of Royal Chitralada projects, including educational institutions such as Maejo University, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Lat Krabang. After we saw the Royal project, we realized that it is important to create learning centers to provide knowledge about the machinery, powder food processing and also a working demo of the Spray Dryer. Visitors can bring materials to be processed, for example- cow’s milk. “

Machinery Technology Award
Spray Dryer Machine won the “Best Machining Technology Innovations” in 2007. This company was built after gaining experience of working with foreign countries in the same business line. The quality of our machines are comparable with the European machines, but our prices are 2 to 3 times lower than them. We also won the prestigious “Technology and Innovation of the Year Thailand 2007” (TechnoMart & InnoMart 2007) organized by the National Innovation Agency (NIA). On 4 October at Impact Muang Thong Thani, we were awarded the “Excellent, excellent mechanical technology” made by Prof. Dr. Yongyuth Wong, minister of science and technology.
The company has produced such machinery and sold to operators in the country for more than 26 years, with four different sizes : 3 liters, 10 liters, 50 liters and 100 liters. Such a machine is priced from 600,000 to 4,000,000 baht / unit, compared to imports with prices ranging from one million to eight million baht / unit. Now the technology of the four have been patented. For the next phase, the company plans to sell the machine to neighboring countries such as Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia, which is currently under negotiation. Marketing plans may extend further to Africa in the future.”Applications such as fish source processing 100 liters, which when processed will get fish source for 30 -40 kg or raw milk to about 10%, or 10 kg of milk 100 liters of milk. For fruit juice and lime juice to produce more or less powder is dependent mostly on the concentration” says Mr.Teerasak’s. Companiessuch as the Royal Chitralada projects in milk and dairy products for milk powder and milk pellets, Thai – Denmark Huay Sat Yai for the production of milk powder and SAO.Khaotalu, Chumphon for the coffee powder have already brought our machines.
Many of the institutions have the machinery to be used as a teaching tool to help students with making a powder in food processing, beverages and herbal powders such as Maejo University, Mae Fah Luang University and Uttaradit Rajabhat University. In addition, spray dryer machine is also available with drugs powder production. “Being chosen for this award, I am very pleased and its help to support Thai machinery manufacturer. The government agencies like the Ministry of Science have saw the importance of mechanical production in the country” says the president of J. C. Mechanical and Civil Engineering Ltd. Meanwhile, Mr.Teerasak also said that soon the company will also deliver a series of mechanical machines for coffee cooked powder (Three in One) with plants for 35 million baht to the SAO.Khaotalu, Chumphon which, if imported will be worth at least 200 million baht while the machine from our company is capable for payback period of only one year.
Awards honor entrepreneurs who developed steadily
After we won the best machining technology, we continued the development of the technology of the “Spray dryer machine” and improved its efficiency even further. On October 25, 2012, Ministry of Science and Technology honored the company by saying : “The operators are developing steadily” in the event “Technology and Innovation of the Year Thailand 2012” (TechnoMart & InnoMart 2011) organized by the National Innovation Agency (NIA).

With more than 30 years’ experience in Spray Dryer machine, the President of the Euro Best Technology Co., Ltd. Professor Teerasak Triamchaisri will tell the beginning of Spray dryer technology and the importance of agriculture to the country.
